The terms and conditions of all agreements made with Dynasty Ethiopia Tours PLC (here in under abbreviated as DET) shall be subject to and governed by Ethiopian laws and the international travel norms. When making a booking you accept that you have read and understood all booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
DET acts only as agent of passengers in all matters relating to accommodation and transportation. Our company welcomes agency or individual requests for tours, safaris, and car hire in good faith.
Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, DET accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects.
DET dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with third parties but cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third parties. You are responsible for arranging your own comprehensive travel insurance and advised to carry a copy of your insurance(s) with you on the trip.
At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is requested. The remaining amount of the total cost shall be paid prior to the commencement of the tour or on arrival upon prior agreement.
If complete payment has not been made, DET is not obliged to accept the client and conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellations of tour bookings must be made in writing and Cancellation of confirmed bookings received more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee, the amount can be decided at the time of booking confirmation.
